Terms of Booking
Payment
If you are paying by deposit your final payment is due before your tour departs. We will send a reminder as your date approaches. We may authorize collection automatically if your second payment is not received.
Open tour
Unless you are specifically booking a private tour we reserve the right to add additional riders to your group. We may publish your tour date on our website to encourage others to join.
Refunds
Payments and deposits are used to reserve the logistics of your tour. For this reason your payment 100% non-refundable. If you cancel with less then 2 weeks to your tour departure we can not offer refunds nor credit for future tours.
Cancellation
We do not cancel tours for any reason. If you show up late (more than 20min) or do not arrive your tour may be canceled without eligibility for a refund.
